Position Description
Under direct supervision, responsible for greeting and initial assistance to customers; answering telephones and directing calls; operating cash register, handling customer payment transactions and preparing daily deposit. Responsibilities may include oversight of scheduling, training, and other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED, and one year of appropriate experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in a medical or pharmacy environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Have excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly both verbally an in writing and be able to articulate complex ideas for all level of audiences.. Be a self-starter who is accountable and requires minimal direction and supervision; a person who is open to new idea; and creative and flexible individual who is comfortable working in a large, complex organization. Posses the personal characteristics of professionalism, credibility, commitment to high standards, innovation, discriminating judgment and accountability.
