About this position
Position Description
Working under general supervision, Central Equipment Service Tech I is responsible and accountable for all activities and competencies related to equipment and supply inventory for nursing units in varies locations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to, Supply Inventory & Management, Equipment Inventory Management, Real Time Location System (RTLS) support, and related administrative support. Performs other responsibilities as needed.
Qualifications
Six (6) months of recent Central Service operations or Equipment Management experience in a healthcare setting. Excellent interpersonal skills including tact, diplomacy, flexibility and professionalism indealing with staff and visitors. Proficient computer skills (e.g., MS-Office, Excel, Word, i-Share base programs). Proven knowledge and ability to effectively work in and facilitate a team environment.
