About this position
Position Description
Involves the development and implementation of strategy and network development across the medical center and the health system . Includes hospital and physician network development, joint ventures, outreach initiatives and clinical enterprise business development. Builds relationships with new providers and develops Epic deployment methodologies to increase market footprint, while reducing the cost for UCSDH. Develops multiple methods and services to strengthen relationships and meet the needs of physicians in the marketplace.
Qualifications
Nine (9) years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor’s degree in related area plus five (5) years of related experience/training. Related experience: Community Connect affiliates and supporting technology infrastructure. Experience and advanced knowledge of health care industry trends, with advanced knowledge of the medical center or health system's product lines and services. Advanced interpersonal communication, relationship building and political acumen skills.
