Experience with CRM in a healthcare environment is strongly preferred, along with a deep understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient privacy laws to ensure compliant, secure handling of sensitive data. With a high level of operational rigor and attention to detail, this individual ensures data integrity, campaign quality, and compliance within the CRM environment, supported by structured workflows and QA processes.
