About this position
Position Description
Builds relationships with providers within the health system. Provides education and support services to strengthen physician relationship with the pharmacy in order that patient and physician needs are met. Makes proactive outreach to prospective patients; organizes and conducts on campus health fairs with targeted focus on employees and their specialty pharmacy needs. Provides regular executive status reports and presentations to clinic staff as appropriate.
Qualifications
Seven (7) years of related experience, education/training, OR a Bachelor’s degree in related area plus three (3) years of related experience/training. Related experience with building provider relationships, specialty pharmacy medication industry (trends, business lines and services). Strong quantitative and analytical skills to perform complex market and financial analysis. Creative problem solving skills to assess opportunities and issues and develop solutions. Strong interpersonal communication, relationship building and political acumen skills. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, and technical skills to learn specialized applications and tools in the field.
