Under general supervision performs in depth complex daily CPT, HCPCS, and ICD-10 review of outpatient codes and charges to resolve coding errors and claim edits. Accurately interpret handwritten and typed notes/diagnoses and convert them into CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 codes.
Qualifications
Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or Certified Coding Specialist (CCS). Must have three (3) years of coding Radiation Oncology services experience. Strong skills in CPT, ICD-10, & HCPCS coding applications.
