Position Description
The Department of Neurobiology at UCLA seeks candidates to focus in research areas of biochemistry, neuroscience, and bioengineering, studying neural activity in brain circuits related to decision making. Applicants must possess an earned doctorate in neurobiology or a related field, and a minimum of 5 years post-doctoral research training in a relevant field of study. Successful candidates will exhibit outstanding interpersonal and presentation skills, leadership potential, and high ethical responsibility. A track record of publications in internationally recognized journals and dedication to collaborative, multidisciplinary research is required. Position will require teaching in core neuroscience courses.

Basic qualificationsTerminal degree in neurosciences or related field and five years of related postdoctoral experience.
