Position title: Health Sciences Assistant Clinical Professor-HCOMP Salary range: The posted UC salary scales set the minimum pay determined by rank and step at appointment. See (Table 5, APU 4)). The salary range for this position is $136,500 - $177,500. This position includes membership in the Health Sciences Compensation plan which provides for eligibility for additional compensation. Salary Administration: APM - 670.

Position Description

The Department of Pediatrics, David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and UCLA Mattel Children’s Hospital seeks an experienced Pediatric Infectious Diseases specialist interested in full-time academic clinical practice. Applicants must be board certified/eligible in Pediatric Infectious Diseases . This position involves inpatient and outpatient ID at UCLA Mattel’s Children’s Hospital, UCLA Santa Monica Hospital and affiliated clinics encompassing diverse range of patient populations including immunocompromised patients, solid organ and hematopoietic stem cell transplant recipients, and general infectious diseases patients, teaching of fellows and residents, and participation in research or other scholarly endeavors. The appointment will be in the Health Sciences series; academic step will be commensurate with experience.
